Interior Design Services Included:

Create design detail drawings as needed including floor patterns, furniture layouts, millwork, built-ins, fireplace and mantle design, and elevations.
Management of the budget by providing selections that work within the existing budget.
Full interior color consultation and paint schedule.
Bathroom design and selection election of plumbing fixtures.
Custom lighting plan and fixtures.
Sourcing of required interior materials such as tile, carpet, wallpaper, stone, custom accents.
Frequent site visits to ensure that the design is being adhered to.
Communication with builder and trades.
Organization and planning of high use areas such as closets, pantry, home library, home office, etc.
Sourcing of all furniture and décor needed.
Design and procurement of all window coverings, blinds, shutters, or shades.
Access to trade only resources.
Decoration and accessorizing specific details in each room.
Help with displaying collections, photos, or creating gallery walls.
If needed we offer professional staging to assist in selling your current home before your new one is built.
